FIBREGLASS SEAKAYAKS - (SINGLE)
RAIDER X
The design concept of the Raider-X was to create an exceptional fast expedition style kayak with the stability normally associated with much wider kayaks. The Raider-X is the ultimate combination of form and function. The sleek lines of the hull carves the water surface effortlessly and manoeuvres with complete ease. Its long water line provides excellent tracking and the ability to catch and run swells like an expert.
The Raider-X is equipped with the forward and stern hatches constructed of a sturdy rubber material which provides a complete waterproof seal. There is also a unique day hatch which is within arm's reach of the paddler from the cockpit. A second bulkhead behind the access hatch makes this compartment self contained.
Standard safety features such as recessed deck fittings, carry toggle handles, podded seat, double fibreglass seam joining, perimeter lines and a fully anodised foiled rudder for minimum drag make the Raider-X excellent value for money.
Construction:
Canoe Sports kayaks are built from the lightest and strongest fibreglass, kevlar
or carbon laminates available on the market. A high quality gel coat
covers the exterior of the kayak to protect the laminate from abrasion and
ultraviolet rays. Our high proportion of cloth to resin ratio of
approximately 70% fibre to 30% resin yields a stronger kayak due to the fibre
content. Our high quality smooth interior finish on the kayak hull and
deck eliminates the nasty fibreglass itch and possible abrasion on personal gear
inside the boat.

ARCTIC RAIDER
The design concept of an Arctic Raider was modelled around a Nordkapp which has proven a classic design over the years and has logged up awesome trips. The Arctic Raider is faster and dryer in downwind conditions and provides more volume all round especially in the cockpit and storage area than a Nordkapp. The first major test for the Arctic Raider was the successful expedition by Japanese seakayak instructor Takehiro Shibata who completed a 3,000 km, 109 day solo trip from Sweden around the coast of Norway to Russia. The Arctic Raider is quickly gathering an international reputation as a fast, all round sea kayak both for keen enthusiasts and relative new comers to the sport of seakayaking.

OCEAN RAIDER.
The very essence of kayaking seems reflected in the fine lines and beauty of the Ocean Raider. This excel-lent expedition kayak has been designed with higher volume than the rest of the Raider series sea kayaks. The increased capacity in the deck giving the paddler a very dry ride and the taller/larger paddler will appreciate the extra foot/leg room available. The Ocean Raider has a large oval rubber hatch on the fore and aft decks ( 60mm x 280mm) and a round rubber day hatch (210cm in diameter) behind the seat, which is within arms reach of the paddler when sitting in the cock pit. Standard safety features such as recessed deck fittings, carry toggle handles, podded seat, double fibreglass seam joining, perimeter lines, and a fully anodised foiled rudder for minimum drag make the Ocean Raider excellent value for money. If you are seeking comfort, stability, and superior handling in an expedition kayak then you must experience the Ocean Raider.Construction: Canoe Sports kayaks are built from the lightest and strongest fibreglass, kevlar or carbon laminates available on the mar et.
